In 1987 Impact built our copy business on the strength of our successful record storage enterprise. We
expanded to better serve a prestigious list of clients, which included some of the most respected law firms
in the Philadelphia. Our main focus has been the specific and demanding needs of the legal industry.

Over the years, our superior service and dependability enabled expansion into large-format reprographics,
coinciding with the revitalization of the Philadelphia. Our services to the architectural and engineering
professions continues to be a major business. Every aspect of our day-to-day operations is deeply rooted
in the needs of our customers, both current and future.

With the explosive growth of electronic and digitized document collections, we launched our Digital
Operation in 2008. In the Summer of 2009, we formed a strategic partnership with Trial Solutions to
expand our portfolio and geographic reach.
